Xúc xích rửa sạch, thái lát chéo mỏng. Đun nóng chảo, cho lạp xưởng vào rang cho chín cháy xém thì vớt ra để riêng.
Nấm đùi gà lấy chân nấm làm sạch, thát thành những lát mỏng vừa ăn. Phi thơm gừng băm, hành tây băm với 10ml dầu ăn, cho nấm xào đảo đều tay. Khi nấm cháy xém thì thêm chút nước, nêm 2g muối, xào cho nấm chín và ngấm gia vị. Cuối cùng cho lạp xưởng vào đảo đều, tắt bếp.
